Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) are recruited every year through a Common Written Examination (CWE), commonly known as the IBPS PO exam. The CWE was started in 2011 and is being conducted for the 10th time this year and hence is officially called IBPS PO /MT CWE X 2020. The IBPS PO selection process consists of 3 phases (preliminary, mains, and interview) and the candidate must qualify each of them to proceed to the next phase.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria – 2020

Educational Qualification

Graduation Degree: The eligibility criteria for the IBPS CWE exam is as basic as a graduation degree (BA, BCom, BSc, B.Tech or as such) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India. Any such candidate who has received equivalent qualification which is recognized by the Central Government is also eligible to apply for this exam.

The candidates must be in possession of a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that certifies that they are a graduate on the day they register for this exam and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering for the IBPS Bank-PO examination.

Age Eligibility of candidates applying for IBPS Bank PO Examination (As on 01.08.2020):

Any candidate who is applying for the IBPS CWE examination should not be less than 20 years old and not more than 30 years old at the time of registration. In addition to this, there is age relaxation applicable to category wise candidates as per the government rules:

IBPS PO 2020 Vacancy

More than 20 lakh aspirants appear for the IBPS Bank PO examination every year. IBPS has introduced 1417 vacancies for IBPS PO 2020-21 Exam along with its official notification. Last year, the total number of vacancies was 4336.

Process for IBPS PO Online Application

IBPS has active the online applicable link for IBPS PO 2020 Exam on 5th August 2020. The last date for online registration (Modification, Online Payment) is 26th August 2020. Candidates are required to click on the link mentioned below to apply for IBPS PO 2020 Exam.

Eligible and interested Candidates are required to register online for the recruitment process on the official IBPS website, ibps.in. The 3-tiered selection process consists of Preliminary and Main Exams which will be conducted online, followed by Interviews. Candidates must pass each exam to get shortlisted and progress to the next stage. The final selection will be based on Mains and Interview merit.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FOR SBI RECRUITMENT 2020 :

  • Application Fee must be paid online so all document required for online transaction

ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA:

Age Limit : (As on 01.01.2020) Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.01.2020, i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1992 and not later than 01.01.2000 (both days inclusive).

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

  • NOTE : Candidates seeking age relaxation are required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at the time of joining, if qualified. No change in the category of any candidate is permitted after registration of online application. No correspondence/ email/phone will be entertained in this regard.
  • CUMULATIVE AGE RELAXATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE EITHER UNDER THE ABOVE ITEMS OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS.

Essential Academic Qualifications: (As on 01.01.2020) Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 01.01.2020. Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 01.01.2020.

PAY SCALE : Rs.11765-655/ 3-13730-815/ 3-16175-980/ 4-20095-1145/ 7-28110-2120/ 1-30230-1310/1-31450. The starting Basic Pay is Rs.13075/- (Rs11765/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates)

Application process for SBI recruitment Exam 2020 :

Candidates can apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers

Recruitment of Junior Associates 2020 – After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FOR SBI RECRUITMENT 2020 :

a. Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature as detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature (Annexure-II).

b. Candidates to visit Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and open the appropriate Online Application Form, available under the ‘Current Openings’

c. Fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. In the event of candidates not being able to fill the data in one go, they can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter. The registration at this stage is provisional.

d. After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available on the screen.
